【觀音菩薩出家紀念法會】

本社謹訂於西元2026年10月25日，慶祝觀音菩薩出家，啟建紀念法會一永日。是日上午九時，普佛祝聖，誦持〈大悲神咒〉、《般若心經》、〈普門品〉，並由住持天何法師宣講觀音法門要義。午時，佛前獻供祈福。下午一時半，準提經咒行法共修。晚課，禮拜〈八十八佛大懺悔文〉，加持〈蒙山施食〉迴向。

華嚴蓮社週日共修會 (9:00 – 15:30) ，普羅大眾均可進入大殿，參與共修，無需事先預約。午供後將繼續參加下午共修會的信眾，可在齋堂用餐，請自備餐具。每週二至週六 (9:30 – 16:00) ，大眾均可進入大殿，禮佛祭祀。日常參加早晚課共修迴向，無需預約名額不限。

國際華嚴研究中心 (ICAS) 開設之《大乘五蘊論》 講座，10月10日起於每週六 (14:00 – 16:00) 在大殿二樓進行。《菩提道次第略論》導讀，仍維持 Zoom 線上授課。

“Avalokitesvara (Guanyin) Bodhisattva’s Renunciation Day Dharma Service”

ABLS will celebrate Avalokitesvara (Guanyin) Bodhisattva’s Renunciation Day on October 25th, 2026 (Sunday). Starting at 9 AM, there will be the Liturgy of Guanyin Bodhisattva, with the assembly chanting the Avalokiteshvara Mantra (incantation), Heart Sutra, Universal Gate Sutra. Following this, Master Tian He, the Abbess, will provide an insightful introduction to the practice of Guan Yin Dharma. The Food Offering Ceremony will be conducted at noon. Starting again at 1:30 PM, participants will chant the Cundī Sutra, Cundī Mantra, followed by Eighty-Eight Buddha Repentance, and Meng Shan Food Bestowal Ceremony.

Every Sunday (9:00 – 15:30), all are cordially invited to join us inside the Buddha Hall without the need for prior appointments. For those planning to stay for the afternoon service, we offer a complimentary lunch. Please bring your lunch box and utensils. Additionally, from Tuesday to Saturday (9:30 – 16:00), visitors are welcome to come inside the Buddha Hall on their own. Evening Liturgy (16:00 – 17:00) is open for participation from Monday to Saturday. 

Beginning October 10th, the lecture series Mahāyāna Treatise on the Five Aggregates will be held every Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on the second floor of the Buddha Hall. The lecture series A Concise Treatise on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment continues to be hosted on ZOOM, as before.

For those wish to make offerings to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, support the temple, make light offerings, or set up blessing plates for the living or the deceased, feel free to register in person or call the office (408-942-0874) during our regular hours (9:30 – 16:00 Tuesday to Sunday). Registration for 2027 is now open! Offerings include: year-long offerings to the Triple Gem, blessing plates for the living, light offerings to Buddhas, Tai Sui pacification (for those born in the Year of the Goat, Ox, Dog, Rat, and Dragon) and blessing plates for the deceased.
