ABLS 2019 夏季法會通啟（Summer Dharma Service Notice）

 

【觀音菩薩成道紀念法會】

本社謹訂於西元2019年7月21日，慶祝觀音菩薩成道，啟建紀念法會一永日。是日上午九時，普佛祝聖，誦持〈大悲神咒〉、〈心經〉、〈普門品〉，宣講觀音法門勝義及獻供祈福。中午敬備素齋供佛供眾。下午一時半，準提經咒行法共修。晚課，禮拜〈八十八佛大懺悔文〉，加持〈蒙山施食〉迴向。

Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Enlightenment Day Dharma Service

ABLS will celebrate Avalokitesvara (Guanyin) Bodhisattva’s Enlightenment on July 21st, 2019 (Sunday). Starting at 9 AM, there will be Liturgy of Guanyin Bodhisattva, with the assembly chanting the Avalokiteshvara Mantra, Heart Sutra and Universal Gate Sutra. Then Abbess Tian Cheng will introduce the doctrine and practice of Avalokiteshvara. Food offering for blessings will be conducted at noon. Starting again at 1:30 PM, participants will chant the Cundī Sutra, Cundī Mantra, followed by Eighty-Eight Buddha Repentance, and Meng Shan Food Bestowal Ceremony.

 

【盂蘭盆孝親報恩梁皇法會】

本社謹訂於西元2019年8月11至18日，啟建盂蘭盆報恩祈福梁皇法會八永日。

8月11日上午九時起，禮拜《梁皇寶懺》六日。

8月17日上午九時，啟建「盂蘭盆供佛齋僧法會」，諷誦《佛說盂蘭盆經》及持〈報父母恩咒〉，迴向歷代宗親、父母師長、六親眷屬。上供十方三寶，下濟六道含靈。下午一時半，準提法門共修，諷誦《準提經》並持〈準提神咒〉；晚課，禮拜〈八十八佛大懺悔文〉，加持〈蒙山施食〉迴向。

8月18日上午九時，諷誦〈普賢行願品〉經文，舉行「延生藥師普佛」法事，祈令齋家福壽康寧、離諸災厄。下午二時，敬設「三時繫念」佛事，拔度各姓先亡，往生淨土。

Ullambana Celebration Dharma Service

ABLS will hold an eight-day event (August 11th – 18th, 2019) to celebrate the Ullambana Festival. Starting from 9 AM on August 11th (Sunday), the Repentance Ritual of the Emperor of Liang will be conducted for six days.

Specially, on August 17th (Saturday) the assembly will make Grand Offerings to the Buddha and the Sangha, then chant the Ullambana Sutra, Filial Piety Mantra, Cundī Sutra, Cundī Mantra, and evening recitation.

On the last day of August 18th (Sunday), the congregation will chant the Practice & Voes of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, then participate in the Liturgy of Medicine Buddha, as well as Amitabha Buddha Thrice Yearning and Chanting Service.
